What versions of Windows operating systems do you support? Windows 95,Windows 98,Windows ME,Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
What versions of Novell Netware do you support? Netware 4.11,Netware 5.0,Netware 5.1, and Netware 6.0
Do you teach beginners? Absolutely! I get great personal satisfaction from taking a beginner and making him or her comfortable using the computer.
What’s involved in networking my computers at home? Typically, it’s quite simple. We can connect them via Category 5 network cables using a hub, or we can use the new wireless technology. Hard wired networks are more reliable than wireless, however, running the wires can sometimes be challenging
What are your rates? Rates are $75.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum. If you are within 10 miles of Ringwood, NJ, it is a 1 hour minimum.
Network installations, Hardware upgrades, and installations will vary depending on your needs. An average home-network installation will take about 4 hours and is billed at the rate of $75.00 per hour.
What days are you available? We try to do most work on weekends. However, other arrangements can be made.
